Austin   Tanya Koon, Patient Financial Coordinator, has been with Dr. Austin’s practice since 2000 and is trained in all areas of billing, collections and insurance. When not busy with those work tasks, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband Robbie, young son Colton and young daughter Carlee. Julie Haynes, Patient Treatment Coordinator, has worked in the dental field for over ten years. She began working with Dr. Austin in 1986 as a Dental Assistant but soon moved out of the area for 13 years. She returned to Dr. Austin’s practice in 2005 and is instrumental in scheduling and patient relations. Julie enjoys spending her free time with her teenage daughter, Jordan, and their dog, Casper.
